1.Try to kiss the ceiling by tilting you head back. Repeat this 5 times, with firm jaw, neck and throat and pouting lips. 2.Make a face of lion by hanging your tongue our and rolling your eyes up. It looks wired but helps to tone the muscles. 3.Raise eyebrow muscles and smooth them out with the help of your fingers. Raise and repeat for 20 times, this helps to strengthen the forehead muscles. 4.To keep the cheek muscles strong, fill both the cheeks with air and transfer air from one side of the cheek to another till you run out of breathe. 5.Think that you have many fans standing in front of you and blow kisses to them. This will help you to make your lips firmer.

Drink a glass of water A cool glass of water on an empty stomach actually has a lot of health benefits as well as serving to wake you up. The water will kick start your metabolism and as such you will wake up faster and feel more alert. Exercise When you are groggy in the morning and nice run in the fresh air can wake you up fast. However, the interesting thing is that when you exercise in the morning you will actually have more energy the NEXT day. The more you exercise the more energy you will have as you become fitter and healthier. Don’t drink coffee… everyday Science is now showing that our body becomes accustomed to the caffeine in our coffee and we have less of a reaction to it. This means that your daily cup of coffee is waking you up less and less every day that you drink it.

2. Optimism. Psychologist Martin Seligman mentions that those who are optimistic do not think like pessimists who tend to see problems as permanent, pervasive and personal. Rather than saying " I'm doomed", "Everything's finished." "I'm no good" Optimists see a way out, they confine the problem and do not take it personally. They do not indulge in catastrophic thinking. The glass if half full. There will be better days. Belief and hope is half the battle won.
